Personal data we collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may receive:
- your name;
- your telephone number;
- your email address;
- the enquiry topic you select;
- the number or address of the home you are interested in;
- your comments and the content of correspondence;
- your preferred viewing time;
- the page of the website from which your enquiry was sent;
- technical information about your visit, including IP address, device and browser type, time of the request and details of technical errors.
How the website forms work
In the current version of the website, forms do not submit data to a Kreimeņciems database or CRM.
When you select the button, the information entered is used to prepare a message and is opened in WhatsApp. On continuing, the form information is transferred to WhatsApp and processed in accordance with WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
If you close WhatsApp without sending the message, SIA “Kreimeņciems” will not receive your enquiry. To contact us without using WhatsApp, you may telephone us or email kreimenciems@gmail.com.

Who may have access to your data
To the extent necessary to respond to your enquiry, your data may be accessible to:
- authorised Kreimeņciems staff and project consultants;
- providers of hosting, email, telephony and technical support services;
- WhatsApp Ireland Limited, if you choose to communicate through WhatsApp;
- AS “SEB banka” — only following a separate request and consent to share your contact details;
- legal, accounting and other professional advisers where necessary;
- public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
SIA “Kreimeņciems” does not sell contact details or disclose them to third parties for those parties' own advertising.
External services and transfers outside the EEA
WhatsApp services in the European Region are provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Meta companies and service providers located outside the European Economic Area may be involved in delivering the service. The terms of such processing and the safeguards used are described in the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
When you follow an external link, for example to WhatsApp or Google Maps, subsequent processing of your data is governed by the relevant service's terms and policies.
How long we retain data
- general enquiries, correspondence and viewing information — no longer than 12 months after the last substantive contact;
- information concerning a request to share contact details with AS “SEB banka” — no longer than 12 months after the request is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn;
- website technical logs — up to 30 days, unless longer retention is required to investigate a technical failure or security incident;
- documents connected with a reservation or transaction — for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
Where a dispute arises or there is a justified need to protect legal rights, the relevant data may be retained until the matter has been finally resolved.
Whether you must provide data
Name and telephone number are marked as required in the forms because we cannot prepare a response or contact you without them. Email and comments are optional.
You are not required to use WhatsApp; you may contact us by telephone or email instead.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may:
- ask what personal data we process about you;
- obtain a copy of your personal data;
- correct inaccurate information;
- request erasure of your data;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format where this right applies;
- withdraw consent previously given.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

Automated decision-making
SIA “Kreimeņciems” does not use data obtained through the website for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for an individual.

We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures, restrict access to personal data and grant access only to those who require it to perform the relevant task.
Cookies and analytics
The current version of the website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use marketing pixels.
The hosting provider may process standard technical logs and data that are technically necessary to load and protect the website.
If analytics, advertising tools, embedded maps, video or other optional technologies are introduced in future, this policy will be updated. Where consent is required by law, those technologies will not be activated before the user has made a choice.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, forms, services used or data-processing arrangements change. The date of the current version is always shown at the beginning of the document.
